Estate Planning Checklist for Catholics
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our attorney works by appointment only and with your personal schedule in mind, meaning evening and Saturday times are sometimes available.
The office is otherwise closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
INITIAL CONSULTATION FEES
Estate Planning:
$95 - 1-Hour consultation, but this fee is often waived if our firm is hired.
Probate:
$125 - 1-Hour consultation due at the time the appointment is scheduled.
LEGAL FEES
Every situation is unique, but our attorney will usually quote an estimated cost for his services by the end of your initial consultation.
**Due to court appearances and scheduled appointments, please call in advance of any visit to ensure our attorney is available to receive you.
